1. Deposit and Payment Deadlines
‍Upon acceptance into the program, a deposit of £300 of the total fee is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the program start date.

‍2. Cancellation Policy
8 weeks or more before the start date: If cancellation occurs 8 weeks or more prior to the program start date, a 5% processing fee of the total program fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Alternatively, the full amount (minus the processing fee) can be applied to a future program.

‍8 weeks before start date: If cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the program start date, 50% of the total fee will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

‍Less than 30 days before start date: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the program start date.

‍3. Non-Refundable Program Fees
‍Program fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, accident, or family emergencies), a partial refund may be issued at the program's discretion, or the amount may be applied to a future training program. No refunds or credits will be provided once the training has commenced.

‍4. Program Cancellation
The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In such cases, all payments made by applicants will be refunded in full.

‍5. Special Cases
If a student must withdraw due to illness, accident, bereavement, or other extraordinary circumstances, the program will make reasonable accommodations to allow the student to attend a future program.

‍6. Bad Conduct
No refunds will be provided if a student is removed from the program due to bad conduct. This includes violations of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the program or fellow students.
