Daoist philosophy invites us to live with the rhythms of nature, where each element and season offers an opportunity to harness the qualities of that moment. Each Element allows us to regulate and cultivate a relationship of harmony between the nature outside and our natural rhythms. I bring these 2 hour live online workshops, presented in the appropriate seasons for you to gain optimum balance. They are designed for yoga practitioners, and yoga teachers who want to explore the integration of the elements into their daily lives. Each workshop will run on a Sunday from 3-5:pm (London time)
These bi-monthly 2 hour extended yin practices, allow for a much deeper experience and learning. They include:
Longer holds (in comparison to your weekly yin practice) in order to experience the profound benefits.
More time to experience the nourishment of being with ourselves in longer postures.
More concise postures, explanations, modifications, and variation.
Adjustments and the power of touch to help support you in really ‘feeling the depth of the postures in your body.
Contemplations reflections and wisdom teachings whilst in the postures.
These deep immersions are a real chance for you to improve the quality and depth of your weekly yin practices. We will work in line with the season, by working with shapes that are in alignment to get the best out of our practice.
